We review the due diligence materials, perform any needed research, make all necessary updates, secure the appropriate property and design the proposed facility. Throughout the process, we communicate and handle any issues that may affect the timing or the viability of your project.
Leasing – Land Control
We work with you to insure the timely assignment of existing ground leases for the development of new sites. We are careful to review each lease as it relates to the viability of the overall project. Many jurisdictions require evidence that all reasonable alternatives have been explored and may require a prime and alternative candidate be submitted for review. If that is required, we will secure additional land control to increase your project’s chance of success.
Permits & Approvals
