National Grid Wireless Acquires Silver Bow Communications

The acquisition adds 10 towers and 2 managed sites to the company’s existing base of over 450 towers, providing enhanced coverage in New Hampshire and Vermont. Silver Bow Communications will be integrated into National Grid Wireless’ existing US wireless infrastructure business and will bring, in addition to its towers, long-term contracts with wireless carriers.
